1938 - Will it Happen Again? WHA (Radio station : Madison, Wis.) 1938 A dramatic sketch created under the auspices of the Wisconsin Peace Conference as a contribution to the cause of preserving peace. "Will it happen again?" takes us back to days of 1917 so strikingly similar to the days in 1938. The drama includes dramatizations of actual excerpts from the senate and house debates preceding the declaration of war on April 6, 1917. Ends with commentary on the effects of the first world war and asks the question will 1938 be another 1917.
