Legacy Devised and produced by David Ian Neville. Twins Harry and Jules are left a legacy which might just kill them.... When Jules and Harry go in search of their grandmother's legacy, secrets from the past are uncovered and lives, including their own, are put at risk. It emerges that their grandmother worked for the secret services during the war and helped to develop the Legacy Project - a secret weapon to disrupt and defeat the Nazis in the event of Britain being invaded. It should have been deactivated after the war, but was secretly kept in commission. Now Harry and Jules have been left the challenge of finding and deactivating it. However others are on the trail, and not everyone has peaceful intentions. Episode One by Louise Ironside. Following the death of their parents, twins Jules and Harry were brought up by their grandmother Rose. Remote and eccentric, it is not until after Rose's death that Jules and Harry begin to discover who she really was and what she did in the war. After finding clues to the whereabouts of the legacy in Rose's attic, Harry sets off for the City of London. Harry thinks he's heading for a security vault but finds himself trapped in an underground complex of bunkers. Rose it emerges worked for the secret services during the war and helped to develop The Legacy Project - a secret weapon built to disrupt and defeat the Nazis in the event of them being able to occupy London. The weapon, hidden underground, was designed to destroy the centre of London with other weapons being replicated in major cities throughout Britain. It should have been deactivated after the war but was kept secretly in commission for use during the Cold War. Rose believed it should have been destroyed and had a life-long goal to de-activate it. But she ran out of time. Now Harry and Jules have been left the challenge but they are not the only people trying to find the Legacy Project, and not everyone has peaceful intentions. Now years later it is still operational and Rose's life ambition was to get it taken out of service one way or another. As a committed pacifist she believed such weapons should be de-commissioned. Jules and Harry have been left the challenge to complete Rose's last wish to see The Legacy Project finally de-activated. Using clues and codes left by Rose, Harry has managed to penetrate the secret bunker complex that contains the nerve centre of The Legacy Project. But unknown to him his presence has been noted and others are searching the complex trying to find and eliminate him. Meanwhile Jules is desperate to find out what has happened to Harry. A series of voicemail messages reveal he is exploring the bunker complex. But in a final message she hears Harry shouting for help, trapped in a plunging lift.
