Deconstructing common mistakes

(4.5 stars)

The books is a great introduction to self-hypnosis (and also to hypnosis in general), although a bit outdated. A lot of misconceptions and prejudgements are addressed. The narrator does an excellent job and the recording is likewise superb. Still, it is a bit discouraging and hard to follow some of his exercises in the audiobook format.

I really feel more confident about some issues I have. Now I have to listen more and practice to see more results, and hopefully give an update post about it.

Extraordinarily read book

There are degrees in hell and most titles here are annoying to listen to. The worst being them read by a computer voice and the best them being read like this one: lively and natural like a commercial audio book, but free!
