Redemption only comes once in an after-lifetime...
Daniel Masenda thought he had made peace with his dark past when he left his home for a better life fourteen years ago. As the mayor of a small, tranquil town along Virginia’s Eastern Shore, Daniel has everything he ever wanted - until a series of haunting visions, coupled with the death of his estranged mother, pits him against two ghostly entities at war with one another. Each has its own agenda as they force Daniel to relive moments from his violent youth and push him to the edge of insanity. As his idyllic life begins to unravel, will he be able to decipher the message behind the hauntings before they destroy, not only him, but the soul of someone he left behind?

Testing the Prisoner was wonderful. I wish I would have read it before by your side. But the order of reading these books does not matter they stand on their own. I am waiting anxiously for your next book. You are a master.

I adored this book. I loved that paranormal elements where mixed with psychological drama. I'm so glad Danny was able to find common ground with both is parents and that nothing was completly black or white in the end, I'm really looking forward to your next book!
A great book!

The first story is about two parents fighting over a child that neither one wants the dad doesn’t want to pay and the mother doesn’t want the problem although that sounds simple, it is much more complex than that. And then it just gets better in the second one the mayor of a town is haunted by a dead boy that’s all I’m going to say I do not want to spoil it as I am jealous of those who have yet to read that this is a really great bookA really good book
Simply.....wow

A brilliant novel by a brilliant author! Seriously, this book keeps you on the edge of your seat, makes you laugh, makes you cry and hope it never ends. Like the saying goes, I'm no critic but I know what I like and I love this book! By Your Side which was equally as well written and another feast for the discerning bibliophile! Thank you for the hours of entertainment and enjoyment, very well done!
Enjoyable

I really liked this story as I already have an interest in paranormal things! At times it does feel a little uncomfortable. But towards the end of Episode 9 is the creepiest voice I have heard. And I like Stephen King books! Sent a chill down my spine and I was standing in warm sun! Already started By Your Side!

Great book excellently narrated. Engaging story that kept me well gripped but the book was also not dragged out so as to keep me intrigued and not bored. A prime example of never judging a book by it's cover. I highly recommend this and lool forward to reading/listening to more of Phil's work (which I am already downloading). 4.7/5

Another fabulous book. Sad i have no more to listen to. It's so wondefful to get swept away in a good book. Yours are certainly that. I love the way you mix in the paranormal element . Looking forward to any more you may write. Thankyou for writing the 2 ...

Hey, Corvus, thank you for your wonderful comments on both of my audiobooks here. I do have a novella releasing next year that features Miranda and her now 20-year old daughter, Andrea, who begins exhibiting the same psychic-medium abilities as her mother. The two women experience separate paranormal adventures before ...
