One of Trollope's best...

...and not just because it's short! His novels can be work to read, and worth the effort. But in 'Alice Dugdale' he concentrates his wit and penetration and I, at least, smile and laugh in a quicker rhythm. Thanks to Anthony Ogus, for another fine reading.

A pleasant little book - very much like Trollope’s other books. But if you want a light book and not too complicated, this is for you.
An easy listen from Anthony Trollope
