As a long-time practitioner of Taekwondo I thought I had a solid grasp on self control. It is one of the basic tenets. after listening to this book I had to greatly broaden my definition. I was recently diagnosed with PTSD after a lifetime of suffering the effects. After careful consideration of this text. I feel like it's a great guide for regaining the balance I have been missing. Thanks so much for making this title available.
