Lady Julia, the daughter of the earl of Belmont, and Mr. Henry Mandeville are falling in love. Though Henry is like a family friend, this love is not welcomed because the lady Julia is promised to someone else (or so Henry thinks). When they'll discover their chance of happiness, it is much too late. Summary by Stav Nisser. (6 hr 45 min)

Who knows if this is a good story. I'm going to pass on it. Poor Ellie...her good intentions backfired because she chose to read English instead of her native tongue. The resulting product is melodic but incomprehensible. No problem. There are other books out there. I'll skip this one. Does LibriVox have a French edition?
