It was delivered at the dedication of the Soldiers' National Cemetery in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on November 19, 1863, during the American Civil War, four and a half months after the Battle of Gettysburg.

Of course, the Gettysburg address always demands at least a five. the only reason I didn't give it a five was because the reader didn't seem to understand the passion of what he was saying. At the end he could not let the last beautiful words just hang in the air , instead he just went right on talking and said this is the Gettysburg address!
