The government rhetoric is that ‘linking’ will lead to efficiency gains in health, taxation, banking and an overall rise in productivity. Not everyone is convinced and a resistance movement arises in small pockets around the country. The centre of resistance is an Aro Valley commune where a small community of dissenters struggle to lead a normal ‘un-chipped’ existence...
