Having broken with the old religion of Amon and established the new worship of Aten, the Pharaoh has left the ancient city of Thebes and built another capital - The City of the Horizon. He dreams of a different order of things, but his dreams inevitably come into conflict with the harsh facts of reality. Furthermore the Pharaoh's reason and his sight are beginning to fail...
