Wahb (meaning White Bear) is an orphaned Grizzly Bear who learns to respect his fears, fight for peace, and trust the healing powers of a stinky hot-spring. The story is aptly titled The Biography of a Grizzly because it is about the life of a Grizzly.

Beautifully written, the author captures each moment in a way that you almost feel as though you're in the story. If a bear had the ability to write his story, in short, a legacy, this would surely be one that "bears" repeating (phil chenevert and Wikipedia) (1 hr 35 min)

I have a BS in wildlife management and MS in field biology. This was entertaining and a good story from a well-known outdoor author and artist. Although Seton and others were chastised for sentimentental "Bambi" style writings, his commitment to nature and appreciation of the outdoors cannot be questioned.

Ha ha!

Phil Chenevert - Ha ha - You reviewed your own reading - and what's more I agree with you! Excellent little book and Mr C is too! 5 stars. April 2015: I want to report the spam by "delifina32".

This story is excellent. And even though I am the reader of this version, I think it an excellent listen and don't hesitate to give it 5 stars.
