Hi bugsybuys, I experience the same skipping you describe, with both players. And I've heard that happen in other pages too. There are a few old threads about this in the forums - http://archive.org/iathreads/forums.php - that suggest a bandwidth issue. Anyway, if you want to listen to that first track, you could download - or read via browser - the mp3 file.

In 1953 it changed name to "Hallmark Hall of Fame," and the format changed to telling stories about famous Americans in history. Same show though, but not quite as good as Playhouse. Thanks for this.

Every time I start #1 "The Devil and Daniel Webster", it cuts out and skips to #2, Mrs. Union. What can I do to make it work?
