This was read by several people, all who did a lovely job! There are no words to describe Da Vinci; his accurate thoughts on things not widely excepted, his talents in so many subjects, his pure love for painting, his pure love for life. This is worth listening to... Many times.

Much can be learned from the audio book. However, it makes me want to look at the works as described in part the Visual Arts of drawing and painting are unique and differ in message from the written word and poetry. Now, I want to see the notebooks of Da Vinci and learn more about this artist & Genius!

Certain allowances must be given to Da Vinci’s lack of access to technology and scorn for poets in first half. The latter half of the book is more objective and professes less insecurities relative to the enlightenment of nature.
