Discovering Buddhism Karma; Law of Cause and Effect These lectures introduce students to the evolution of the law of cause and effect; karma. An understanding of these principles within Buddhism helps us guide our actions taking responsibility for our experiences, both pleasant and unpleasant. By generating a clear understanding about how karma works; the psychology of our actions, and presenting specific tools to accumulate the positive and remove negativity, students are given the strength and responsibility to deal with life most effectively and take control of their future. Further, we recognize that living within the ethics prescribed by the law of cause and effect, can affect not only our own lives but the lives of others as well.
