Frank H. Craig (1859-1945) was superintendent of Wethersfield (Ill.) schools from 1903 to 1918. He later moved in Vermont and wrote prose and poetry about the rural communities in which he lived. These poems reflect the author's love for nature and the people and memories that brought meaning to his life.
