Very Good!

I really enjoy Ralph's voice telling the story. It makes it feel like a Grandpa telling a story. My Grandpa used to tell fantastic tales and this totally fits.

Great story. Surprises me how in touch the author displays emotions. Seems back in the day men lived in caves they were more attuned.. Now that men are out of the caves the emotional discourse was sealed in. Ha.

if you liked the first novel authored by E.R.Buroughs, no matter witch one that was. Then it's a cinch you will most likely like EVER SINGLE STORY HE EVER WROTE. Because only the title and published date ever really changes, oh yeah and the names of characters it each version. otherwise they are all really the same telling of different tells..... they will pass some time and not actually taking time to read just listen. "PEACE B4 PRIDE". world peace starts with ourselves.

You could read book one and stop there with just an "oh, interesting story". But this second book captivates you like the characters have been. Make plans to read book 3! Mr. Snelson is an excellent reader and reads all 3 books.

To the point

Story is almost too fantastical to be credible, but nevertheless a great story, you just heed to suspend logic to really enjoy it. The narrator has a lovely voice.

With the exception of not being able to get the image of Patrick Wayne as Tom out of my head, I thoroughly enjoyed this romp.
