With no children of her own, she calls for her three teenaged nieces to visit her, so she can decide who will inherit her estate. It's a good book and kind of funny. The reading is sometimes hard but sometimes brilliant. (:(;

Just when I thought I knew what would happen, something ELSE happened! What a fun story. There is a little moral to the tale, but not tedious. A couple tough readers in the mix, but not impossible. Lastly, one character calls another a name that a proper lady should never use. For this reason I cannot give it 5 stars or recommend it to my young friends. Too bad!
