The cosmic monopole has been wandering the Universe since the Big Bang. When it is finally trapped in CERN it triggers a disaster which will take fourteen-year-old Catriona O’Brien on an adventure back to the Big Bang and beyond in a desperate attempt to save the Universe from destruction.

Encompassing the whole history of the Universe and most branches of science, Time Crystal is an epic adventure story and romance that will hold you enthralled and show you new worlds both great and small which you have never even dreamed of.

It has taken nine years and cost over $1 million dollars for Wyken Seagrave to develop this fantastic and beautiful story. This truly is the greatest adventure in the history of the Universe!

From today, 25 September 2009 Time Crystal will be supplemented by a sister podcast, the Art & Science of Time Crystal, available at www.podiobooks.com/title/art-and-science-of-time-crystal. Every week I will talk about some aspect of the story such as the characters, the science, the writing, the plotting. It should be of interest ...

I always enjoy a good sci-fi story and this one was certainly different. I was thrown off a little bit though because there was such a great introduction of the keen politically minded woman and her daughter and then the story shifted away from them for quite awhile and I ...

I just have to agree with Maharg. I think the story could be good but I will never find out because the assault to my eyes was more than I could take. The voice characterizations were too much for me, especially the German accents. It would have been better if ...

I tried and tried but could not make it past the first book. I think I was up to 19th episode before I gave up. The voice, couldn't stand it but I can handle that if the story is good, which, for me, it wasn't. When the bugs came on ...

Wyken sounds like a really nice guy with a big heart. otherwise, i can't see his friends and editors let him go through with this audio atrocity. People interested in checking out this story; you should read it rather than listen. that is the only hope this book has at ...

This is definitely not the greatest story in the history of the Universe. It's one of the most disjointed, disappointing stories I've ever listened to on this site. I listened to the entire first volume hoping it would get better but it never did. I gave up on volume two ...

Magnetic monopoles !

And assassinations of physicists by creatures from other galaxies. Or other universes. A lot of suspension of science as people jumping through blackholes to other universes. A bit of a Dr. Who feel. I will check the scientific explanation when I listen to the last.
