If you want to learn more about the history of France but don't want to get too bogged down in the finer details, listen to this book for an easy-to-follow recap. The author tried to only use one-syllable words but clearly had to use multi-syllabic names! I can't even write this review only using monosyllabic words, so I can't imagine how long it took Helen W. Pierson to write her book!
