"430309_A_Visit_To_The_Dairy_Fragment" is probably not a fragment and definitely not from 1943. It has a different announcer, none of the other characters of the WWII era, so it most likely from the 50s, when Fibber & Molly appeared in short sketches after the "regular" program ended.

I hope all my good friends here at archive.org enjoy these shows, but I don't want anyone to accidentally have a mislabeled show in their collection, so I offer this correction: 43/02/09 351 Modern Weapons was 44-02-15 Handwriting Analysis
