A Brilliant Classic!

Michael Redgrave does an amazing job a Hornblower. The acting of the supporting cast is fantastic too. The music, while appropriate, gets a little repetitive in that they used the same cues in every episode. This is an old radio broadcast so there are spots where commercial breaks would've gone. This is an adaptation so some story changes were made to fit the format. It is very enjoyable. I feel a little sad now that I've got to the end. I imagine I will revisit the series again. I won't say more because I don't want to spoil anything.
