Thank You and May My God Jesus Christ Bless You and Our Country

(5 stars)

Thank you for the many hours you have spent in reading aloud so many wonderful stories all of course I cannot now recall. I would not advise a Combat Veteran suffering from depression ( what is called in one of my former lives "clinical depression" or what is known as PTSD) to listen to it. But I admire the time and sometimes thankless hours you have read to me in a lonely house which I still call a home. For I was honorably discharged for serving my country and given man medals for valor, but do not ever consider myself a hero, however there is no secret I would not share with the government of the USA if called upon to do so by one who has the full confidence of this country (USA) from the President (whatever his political party) for I will always as I swore at the time of my enlistment be true to my oath to my country (USA). I do not expect or hope anyone except those with unusual perception to believe me. But I can swear by my God (named in the title of this review that I am a true Southern Gentleman and I am proud to be an American home-grown Veteran of this country. I certainly do not believe in a God of revenge. I am not hostile even to those who are hostile to me. I have a PhD degree and am proud of the 15000 or so young men and women overcome depression and various mental disorder as named in the DSM (all in the profession) will understand to what that refers. again, it was a short but very exciting and sometime difficult book to listen to but I must thank you again for the gift of you voice to which you loaned the gift of the writer and all at Librivox for all you have done for me and many others who fill shoes such as mine. May God continue to Bless you the USA and Librivox!!!
