Radio drama at its height. For an hour and a half I was transported to a tiny community in Australia, 1952. Clever script juggling many lives, with glimpses of their back stories, the shadow of WW2 still present. Beautiful convincing actor and production of the highest standards. I could mell the mud & 'see' the detritus on the deep beach at low tide.
