Wilaya 7 is a gripping drama set in Algeria in 1962, during the final stages of the war for independence. The story follows a deputation from Gaullist headquarters that arrives at a French army base with a critical mission: to locate a rebel who has eluded capture for years. This rebel is urgently needed to attend a peace conference.

An old friend of the rebel, a woman journalist, is accompanied by a cynical yet brilliant soldier on a perilous journey to track him down. The tension and stakes are high as they navigate the dangers of a war-torn landscape.
