Beautifully done Radio episode. Sobbing by end of it

Based on the Bywaters/Thompson murder case. Told mainly through Thompsons love letters to Bywaters (Thompson burned the letters Bywaters wrote to her) It is a very clever moving drama on this case. A abusive marriage, younger lover and a judgemental society led to a tragic miscarriage of justice.
