Your Story Parade
Thumbelina
by
Your Story Parade brings classic children’s stories to life in a radio dramatization. This selection features “Thumbelina,” the tale of a tiny girl whose small size leads her into a series of encounters with the creatures and people around her.
Listeners can enjoy the story as an acted performance rather than a straightforward reading, with voices and sound helping create its fairy-tale world. The program offers a gentle introduction to a familiar literary adventure for younger listeners and a nostalgic listen for adults who enjoy vintage children’s radio.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
