Girls Are Like Boats
por
Hallmark Hall of Fame is an anthology program presenting dramatic adaptations of plays, novels, and other literary works. Each broadcast offers a self-contained story, with a new setting and characters rather than a continuing series of adventures.
The program brings literature to radio through dialogue, acting, and sound, shaping its source material into a performance for listeners. The title supplied here is “Girls Are Like Boats,” a story presented within the anthology’s varied dramatic format.
Its appeal lies in hearing familiar literary storytelling translated into an intimate audio experience: voices and carefully crafted scenes carry the action, while each installment offers a different work to discover.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
