Tales of Tomorrow
Made to Order
par
Tales of Tomorrow is a science-fiction anthology that brings imagined futures and unsettling possibilities to radio. Each installment presents a different story, using the dramatic form to explore how people might respond when technology, scientific discovery, or the unknown disrupts ordinary life.
The series adapts speculative fiction for sound, building its worlds through dialogue, narration, and atmospheric effects rather than visual spectacle. Its stories range across suspense, mystery, and human drama, with the focus shifting from one situation and set of characters to another.
“Made to Order” is an episode of the series. The anthology format makes it easy to settle into a self-contained tale, while its science-fiction premise invites listeners to consider the consequences of ideas that seem both imaginative and close to home.
