The Green Hornet follows Britt Reid, a newspaper publisher who secretly fights crime as a masked vigilante. With his trusted partner Kato at his side, Reid uses the Green Hornet identity to infiltrate criminal circles and bring lawbreakers to justice.
The program blends action, mystery, and adventure in a dramatic radio format. Episodes center on threats and investigations, with suspense built through dialogue, sound effects, and the characters’ efforts to outwit criminals. Reid’s double life gives the stories an added tension: by day he is a respected publisher, while by night he risks exposure as the Green Hornet.
Fast-moving and atmospheric, the series offers classic crime-fighting adventure, with Kato’s skill and loyalty complementing Reid’s daring plans. Its masked-hero premise and serialized radio storytelling make it a lively listen for fans of vintage mystery and action.
