Casey, Crime Photographer
Spring Promo
by
Casey, Crime Photographer follows Jack “Flashgun” Casey, a newspaper photographer who works alongside reporter Ann Williams. Together, they investigate crimes and uncover the human stories behind the headlines, often drawing on Casey’s sharp eye for detail and his experience in the city’s underworld.
The program blends crime drama with the atmosphere of a working newspaper. Cases unfold through dialogue, investigation, and the pair’s exchanges, with Casey’s photographs and reporting providing a distinctive angle on each mystery. The stories range from puzzling crimes to encounters with people caught up in difficult circumstances.
Its tone balances suspense with a grounded, conversational feel. Casey and Ann’s partnership gives the series a lively center, while the newsroom setting and street-level investigations make it an engaging choice for listeners who enjoy classic radio mysteries with a reporter’s perspective.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
