I have never heard any kind of old science fiction before. This is incredible! I loved it from the moment one. I'm going to check out more, thanks to this!
The Moon Pool

A poor reader with a thick foreign accent and poor grasp of the English language can ruin even the best of books for me. However, readers like Mr Nelson are able to bring life into anything they read. Bravo Mr. Nelson on an excellent reading of an excellent book. I try to listen to everything I can find read by you!

As always, Mark Nelson's reading was great. The story he had to work with, however, was tedious. It could be edited down by a half dozen or more chapters and not lose anything but babble.

Brian Page
A most excellent narrative which adds to the books mystic and descriptive structure. The voices off Larry and and the norsman were perfect!
Good Story

Starts off a bit strange but shortly you grow to love the characters. The narrator did an excellent job!
reader was great, but it wasn't my favorite book.

Jessie
did not like ending but always Mark Nelson
Fantastic Story and Reading

This story took a while to take off. There is some really strange jumbo jumbo at the beginning of the story that was a bit of a slog to get past. But once the character of Larry O'Keefe shows up the story really starts firing on all cylinders and becomes more of a roller coaster ride. This is another exceptional reading by Mark Nelson. His vocal characterization of O'Keefe is perfect (without being painfully overdone like many other readers). I typically give up on readers who use voice characterization because most sound like high school play actors but Mark is a professional actor and it really shows in his readings.
