Reviews
Painful and sad story
mikezane
A woman of character who inspires devotion of those around her is accused of murdering her husband. She had planned to kill him, but in a strange twist of fate, she ends up being a witness to it. Who could have done the deed, and can those who love Mrs. Belfame save her from the chair? This has got to be the most depressing story I have listened to in a while. I had hoped it would turn out well, but nope, not at all. The reader was EXCELLENT. I just think the writer could have done a better job with the ending.
Very Enjoyable!

With near flawless narration the story is very engaging. One wants to know more of the various characters and what will become of them. A bit predictable at the end but it does not spoil the finale.
Clever twist
