most helpful pregnancy book

Full of great tips and a comprehensive explanation of what happens to the woman’s and babies’ bodies during pregnancy, and how to handle the changes that happen. Some outdated parts, but mostly accurate and it is interesting to see how our views on childbirth and abortion have changed over history.
